Informatization Complex Mechanism Integration Research Based on the Fusion of Multi-Agents of Niche

The 17th CPC National Congress brought forward inosculating Informatization and industrialization, which have referred the Informatization to a new level and brought up a new task. Due to so many problems and always failure during the process of Informatization, which were called " IT black holes", we cried for a further and comprehensive knowledge on the operational mechanism, process management and evaluating methods. This paper bases on the complex thought, following the bottom-up view, and studies on the niche of Informatization. We propose a general research frame on informatization based on the niche, suggest adopting backtracking and abductive inference methods, establish dynamics model/NK model, so as to explore the endogenous and exogenous law and drive force of informatization, and draw further conclusions, through validating the model by complex social system simulation, through smart algorithM designing and optimizing.
