Research on the Elements of Patent System and Innovation of Entrepreneurs

摘要

Entrepreneurs make great effort in the process of innovation, their innovative endeavor and reasonable payback should be protected by Patent System. After explaining the elements of Patent System, this paper states the effects of Patent System towards innovation of entrepreneur, summarizes four Patent System models, analyzes their characteristics, and finally raises the direction of Chinese Patent System.
