ELEMENTARY INFINITY - THE THIRD TYPE OF INFINITY BESIDES POTENTIAL INFINITY AND ACTUAL INFINITY

Historically speaking, the issue of infinity has only focused on the dispute over potential infinity and actual infinity. The studies and discussions in Reference [1] have determined that actual infinity and potential infinity are a pair of contradictory opposites without an intermediate. Here we conclude that the common foundation of potential infinity and actual infinity -fin∧↑ (going) - should be abstracted from the two and named 'elementary infinity'. This allows us to better clarify the relations of opposites between potential infinity and actual infinity.
