摘要

Non-sinusoidal oscillation technique of mold driven by servomotor has been developed;principle of producing non-sinusoidal oscillation of this system is introduced;functions of non- sinusoidal oscillation are deduced in this paper;new synch-control model about casting speed with oscillating parameters is built, optimization shock absorption method is researched, waveforms tested results and theory analysis showed that: this system can realize sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal oscillation adjustment online, the structure of the equipment is more simple and compact;the investment and maintenance cost is lower and it run reliably etc.
