Research on Information Guide System of Crisis Management

摘要

On the basis of providing the definition of crisis management Information system (CMIS),this paper puts forward the concept of evaluation criteria of the crisis,discusses the characteristics of uncertainty and the method of system non-optimum analysis in crisis management,at the same time,it establishes the running system of the self-organization of crisis management.Based on the CMIS,it provides the relationship of the crisis and non-crisis,and discusses the analysis method of uncertain factor.Studies have shown that the information guide system is the key of crisis management.This paper also sets up the relationship between information technology and crisis ideology,and discusses the guide function of information system to crisis management.
