Study on the Evolution Mechanism and Precaution Practice of Urban Public Crisis

摘要

Urban public crisis poses a huge threat to the healthy functioning of the urban system.It has important instructive value to preconceive and control the occurrence of the urban public crisis using specific theories and methodology.This article analyzes the inducing factor for the urban public crisis,explores the occurrence and transportation mechanism of the urban public crisis using the systematic chain theory,sudden change theory and social burning theory,analyzes the evolution process of the public crisis using Entropy Change Theory and finally puts forward the practical ways to implement urban public crisis precaution.
