Corporate Crisis Management in the Context of Internet Rumors

The speedy pace of development of internet has penetrated into every aspects of the society.Enterprises benefit from the development of internet;on the other hand,they are susceptible to injury caused by rumors spread over the internet now and then.Constructing a set of effective crisis management strategies is a focus for future sustainable operation of enterprises.This study puts forward proposals on countermeasures in handling internet rumors for enterprises via conducting analysis on its characteristics and regularity.
