摘要

On the basis of Microsoft net framework and visual C # programming language,taking advanced ArcGIS Engine 9.2 as GIS technology support functions,Multi-source Meteorological Information Overlay and Analysis System (MMIOAS) was developed.The system realized the overlay of Lightning positioning data and other four types of data commonly used in meteorological field.In contrast,only two or three types of data were concerned in the previous work.In addition,it supplies the functions of spatial analysis and statistical analysis based on the overlay functions,providing meteorological staff with a comprehensive analysis platform of meteorological information.It will be new tool for prediction,monitoring and evaluation of lightning disasters and other meteorological disasters.
