Coal industry is a pillar industry of China,and two-thirds of China's energy consumption came from coal.Since 1990,China's annual coal output ranked first in the world.Along with the increasing of coal mining output,security issues become more and more prominent and accidents occurred frequently.Coupled with the special operating environment of coal production,the production process of coal mining enterprises is more risky and has greater insecurity elements than normal industry.Thus there are serious impacts on the stable operation of coal mine production.All of this warning the grim situation of coal mine production safety,the improvement of coal mine safety management is urgent and necessary.Coal system is a complex system made up of people flow,material and energy flow and information flow.The occurrence of hazards mainly because the information exchanges process is not synergetic in the system and with the environment.The Information demand model is a basic work.According to the actual situation of the locale,identifies and analyzes dangerous and harmful factors,determines the location of dangerous and harmful factors and finds approaches and the regular pattern of the occurrence of accidents.The study of this article is mainly from four aspects: First,determine the accidents sources identification and evaluation model of coal enterprises;Second,information classification and control about the accident response;Third,analysis on needs of user;Fourth,propose the network realization function and design principle.Through the study of this article,we will be able to develop coal enterprises preventive measures and provide a scientific basis for management decisions.Guarantee the safety management of coal enterprises to be carried out continuously and effectively.
