Reliability detection and assessment and reinforcement and maintenance measures of the rc structure in a certain washery main plant

By means of the project that detection and assessment on the operating environment and the reliability of RC structure in a certain washery main plant, the qualitative and quantitative analyses on special natural environment, technologic and mechanical environment were made, and the apparent characteristic, concrete carbonation depth, concrete compression strength, concrete permeability, surface concrete microstructure and reinforcement corrosion degree of RC members were detected and analyzed. On this basis, reliability of RC structure in the washery main plant was assessed, and reinforcement and maintenance measures were put forward. That can provide a basis for reinforcing and maintaining the RC structure in washery main plant.
