摘要

EuroFIR (European Food Information Resource) promotes the effective use of quality resources to answer important questions on the harmonization of FCDBs. The quality framework in progress is based on ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. It will establish a coherent approach between quality elements, SI units, food science and databank systems. This work illustrates the relevance of Metrology for improving comparability of nutrient values in FCDB.
