More Security on Tunisian E-Commerce Payments by Using SMS for Customer's Authenticity With National Post Office

The e-commerce payments in Tunisia are realized via two processes, on one hand transactions can be realized between the customer and the merchant and on the other hand intermediary of trust has the role of guaranty without being visible. They can be realized between the customer and the merchant then forwarded toward the intermediary of trust. In the first process the customer makes e-commerce without knowing the intermediary of trust (NPO: National Post Office) has participated. In fact, the latest was present only for the transactions guaranty, check up of both: (merchant site authenticity and the customer's payment card). During the second process the customer is directed toward the intermediary of tnust just after having validated his online purchase order (here intermediary of trust is SMT (Societe Monetique de Tunisie, Bank Consortium)). In order to allow to the ONP to be more competitive on the Tunisian e-commerce market, it must secure more its Internet e-payment system. We proposed a solution to electronic e-commerce department to use SMS as a more secure customer's authenticity method. The ONP accepted the proposed solution, in wich we are actually in the conception stage afterwich we will pass onto the realization process.
