Research on the application of set pair analysis in risk evaluation for a RD project

摘要

Recently, in risk evaluation for R&D projects, the AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation are the popular methods. Different from these approaches, SPA describes the certainty and uncertainty of risks by the Connecting Degree. It can deal with all kinds of uncertainty incidents effectively. In this paper, SPA is applied to the risk evaluation for a R&D project, and a risk evaluation model based on SPA is presented to analyze the R&D projects' risks systematically. In the end, the author explains the application of this model by an example.
