The analysis of algorithm in optimal supply chain response time based on theory of graph

摘要

Supply Chain Response Time (SCRT) is one of the important indices in the performance evaluation system of the supply chain. The supply chain is divided into internal supply chain and external supply chain. Using improved algorithm about critical path and the shortest path, at first, the paper studies the critical activities inside of a factory and their impact on supply chain response time of internal supply chain, we show that adjustment of the key activities in the factory can make the SCRT optimization. Then, the paper studies the optimization of SCRT in the external supply chain and decides the key node enterprises
