Dynamic aggregative evaluation for the performance of introducing foreign investment in 31 provinces of China

摘要

This research focuses on using a dynamic aggregative evaluation model to assess the performance of introducing foreign investment in 31 provinces of China. The model breaks the traditional evaluation model of a weighted average, using a second weighted average method. Before using the model, seven evaluating indicators and the time-series data for the actual background are selected. Based on these, the paper summarizes and classifies the changes of all regions according to the dynamic aggregative value. Combined with the status and trends of introducing foreign investment in China, the paper also gives the explanations to the evaluation results with a view to grasp the dynamic changes of introducing foreign investment in China and to make an objective assessment.
