Evaluating the risk of BOT project financing on the basis of multilevel grey system theory

BOT Project financing has already been adopted extensively in our country. But it is particularly important to evaluate the risk of project financing because of its characteristic such as project leading, limited recourse and long period. This article sets up the index system on risk evaluation of BOT project financing according to the multianalysis of the risk of project financing. The multilevel gray evaluation method that qualitative and quantitative analytic has been adopted in evaluate index system. The application of the method shows that the evaluation method is practical.
