Research on SDN-based LP production model

摘要

After giving a brief description of the characteristics of the "supply and demand network with multi-function and opening characteristics for enterprises" (SDN) and lean production (LP), the paper discusses the necessary of integrating SDN with LP, and designs the LP production model based on the theory of SDN using the four layers structure - the goal layer, the rule layer, the scheme layer, and the idea layer. Then, the paper discusses the possibility of implementing the SDN-based LP production model. This paper can help to promote the further research in the SDN and LP fields, and provides valuable reference for how to apply variety kinds of modern management theories and models synthetically.
