Nowadays, Electronic commerce is very popular, and network marketing which is closely associated with it has been increasingly important. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the advantage and the future development of the network marketing. This article will introduce a successful outsourcing case and analysis of the importance of network marketing. Through the analysis, it means to lead to some better suggestions and methods, and expound the condition and the basis of independent development. Through the case column explains the practical significance of the network marketing, as well as the preparation, methods of network marketing to deployment and implementation and later maintenance and so on. Through the successful case of "S.CN", I will expounds some widely used and relatively suitable strategy of network marketing. Analyzing the case of "S. CN", I will introduce some methods of network marketing which will be used in the near future, and make some feasibility analysis and detailed implementation investigating. According to the analysis of the situation, a better platform which will be established will make network marketing get better development and utilization.
