The cyberspace is an important part for their academic interflow. The study is based on the sitation analysis and proposes Web Impact Factor (WIF) as an indicator for web space analysis. The research result shows the Mainland China academic web is the most demand for the Taiwan academic webpage. It also shows the web page in Mainland China academic website have the most out-link to the science and engineer in Taiwan, but the web page in Taiwan academic website have the most out-link to the humanities resource in Mainland China. The reason is how much web resource in the library that will influence the authoritativeness of the university.
