the paper presents a new differential current - controlled second generation current conveyor circuit with multiple outputs (MO-DCCCII). The principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail. In this circuit, the voltage relations between the differential input Y and the differential terminal X can be tuned by the extra bias current and no restriction is needed about any drain channel sizes of MOS. The simulation results show that with 卤1.5V supplies, in the frequency range of 0~30NMHz the port characteristic of MO-DCCCII is satisfied. In the frequency range of 0~5MHz. In the last, as an application, a differential ladder current-controlled current-mode filter based on MO-DCCCII is realized and simulated.
