The Marmaray Project: Managing a Large Scale Project with Various Stake Holders

摘要

This paper presents the Marmaray Project which is one of the most complex, major infrastructure projects being implemented in the world. Special challenges of the Project are explained with extra focus on Seismicity, Environmental Concerns and Historical Heritage. The stakeholders of the Project and managing the interfaces between them are discussed.
