In consideration of deficiencies on cunent dust and smoke elimination agent, such as the low coefficient, the difficulty of raw material acquirement the high cost of production and the like, a kind of high-performance formulation of dust and smoke elimination agent was developed by using uniform design method to decide the mixing proportion. This agent was composed of hygroscopic agent, surface active agent, smoke elimination agent, inhibitor etc. Taking these 4 elements as variables, regression equation about dust and smoke elimination coefficient was acquired by stepwise regression method of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software On the base of this regression equation and with Matlab software, the optimal value of dust and smoke elimination coefficient was obtained under given experimental condition. The optimized formulation of dust and smoke elimination agent was: hygroscopic agent occupies 9%, surface active agent occupies 0,9%, smoke elimination agent occupies 04%, inhibitor occupies 0,8%, the other is water. Practical application shows that this kind of agent can eliminate dust and poisonous smoke efficiently, and has extensive application prospect in safety and environment domain.
