These contaminations produced by the choosing wool workshop and so on in wool textile mill cause a great influence on human health. This paper analyzes the principle of air washer purifying the powders including inhalable particles PM10 and harmful gases in air. Through experimental study, we find that various of factor influence the purification efficiency including the spray water pressure, sectional wind velocity and spraying combination. We educe the best spraying combination is two rows of centrifugal nozzles, a row target, when spraying water pressure is 0. 2MPa, wind velocity is 1.7m/s, we draw the conclusion that the efficiency is the highest.
