摘要

A novel yellow oxynitride phosphor, Ca-驴-SiAlON:Eu2+, with compositions of Ca(NO3) 2, Na2SiO3, NaAlO2 and Eu(NO3)3, was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis reaction. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement, absorption spectrum, photoluminescence spectrum, and chromaticity of the powder phosphors were presented. It absorbs light efficiently in the NUV spectral region (280nm~350nm) and blue region (380nm~480nm), that shows a single intense broadband emission at 570 nm (yellow light). This phosphor may become a good candidate for creating white light, typically warm white light, when coupled to a blue light-emitting diode (驴ex = 450 nm).
