Using Tensor Momentum Dependent Deuteron Potential to Extract the Asymptotic D/S Ratio

A new value for the deuteron asymptotic D/S ratio η = 0.02640 1 0.00024 is extracted from an empirical linear η— Q relation found for a class of deuteron momentum dependent potentials with tensor momentum dependent part. These potentials fit a recently published phase shift analysis and the binding energy of the deuteron.
