PRESS FORMABILITY OF HIGH-STRENGTH GALVANNEALED STEEL SHEET WITH MODIFIED SURFACE(130)

摘要

The press formability of high-strength galvannealed steel (GA) with high lubricant surface modifiedlayer was investigated by both laboratory-scale and actual press-forming tests. In both tests, it wasfound that press formability of high-strength GA was improved by the lubrication. However,especially in the stretch-forming test, the effect of lubrication on formability increased as the punchcorner radius increased. The influence of lubrication on formability and the influence of punchcorner radius on stretch formability are discussed.
