On the Stability of Logmodularity for Uniform Algebras

We use results of best approximation in normed linear spaces by-elements of a linear subspace to address questions related to the open problem of whether being logmodular is a stable property for uniform algebras The results we obtain concern the geometry of certain sequence spaces related to a logmodular algebra.
