摘要

His work deals with the investigation of the process of deformation of rectangular section billets in the tool realizing a cross and a longitudinal shear. The analysis of the results show that the development of the sign changing deformations in the whole bulk of the deformed body during deformation of billets in the dies with elastic elements realizing a cross and a longitudinal shear allows to process better the cast metal structure and to obtain the fine equiaxed grain through the whole body of the deformed billet without a substantial change of its initial sizes and to make forgings with better mechanical properties in comparison with the forgings made by the present day technologies in the flat dies.
