The staggered truss system is a new style structure system, and it has drawn wide attention in both engineering and academic field recently. The paper use FEM program to create the rational model of staggered truss system by the know of passing the force of staggered truss, the paper analyze the staggered truss frame by elastic response spectrum and elastic time-history analysis, the paper drew the rational structural design of staggered truss and some useful conclusion according to a series parameter of their length to width ratio, height of floor.
