摘要

Temperature range at which an amorphous material changes from a glassy to a rubbery state. The T_g affects melt point and physical properties such as storage stability and impact fusion. Resin T_g is also affected by its' individual monomers' glass transition temperatures. Coating T_g is affected by all the binder components. e.g. benzoin depresses the T_g of a coating binder by 1-2°C. Crystalline resins have sharp melting point Tm, rather than T_g.
