Polishing of the Special Ceramic Surface by Magnetic Abrasive Machining

摘要

The special ceramic belongs to the hard crisp material. Not only polishing the surface is very difficulty but also have the brittle fracture when the processing, and suffer heavy loses. In view of this difficult problem, this paper brings up a new method, polishing to the special ceramic surface by magnetic abrasive machining. This method has the very good flexible, self-adaptive, and self-sharpen, displaying the superiority that traditionally means can not compare. In order to guarantee the precision, this paper research the experiment condition, the choosing and the proportion of magnetic abrasive particles, and the explanation processing method to the different shape surface.
