摘要

Through analyzing machining mechanism, correspond request of the particle is educed on hardness, ductility, endurance, etc. Referencing testing method on performance index of similar product, particle is tested on its hardness, strength, ductility, sopping rate. Rules, affecting surface roughness, metal wearing rate, particle wearing rate, etc. are analyzed by experiment with particle's granularity, hardness, shape, size, etc. Reference basis on selecting particle is obtained for part with different machining request. Finally basis on selecting reagent is provided in barrel finishing.
