MEGAMAX~R800 CREATING A SUSTAINABLE METHANOL INDUSTRY

Without doubt, making the methanol production process more efficient has become the most significant issue of this industry today, which plays an increasingly important role for the economy. The newly launched Sud-Chemie's methanol synthesis catalyst MEGAMAX~R 800 has been developed to exactly fulfil this demand from the catalytic technological approach. MEGAMAX~R 800 is an outstanding flexible catalyst allowing to gain additional millions of euros by the producers through its significantly higher activity. Optimized to work also under high C02 conditions, the highly stable MEGAMAX~R 800 can be very efficiently used as well for SynGas generated from coal gasification processes. Already running and proven as an excellent technology, MEGAMAX 800 is setting new standards for methanol production in the industry, offering better catalyst activity, higher stability and selectivity, longer life and improved methanol plant efficiency.
