PZT nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinng process. Pure perovskite phase can be achieved at 650°C by using PZT sol-gel precursor. The fibers consist of 10nm crystal grain. By using prepatterned substrate, electrospinning aligned PZT nanofibers can be obtained. Different fiber diameters ranged from 52 to 150nm have been achievd by varying the concentration of PVP. Further study need to be done to determine the piezoelectric characteristics of PZT nanofibers.
