HRTEM INVESTIGATION OFNANOCRYSTALLINE MATERIALS

摘要

The microstructural and structural investigation performed on nanocrystalline(NC) materials will be reported using TEM, SAED, EDS, HRTEM and XRDmeasurements. The aim of this investigation was to characterize Zr02 andZr02 -Y203 NC materials prepared by ball-milling. To elucidate the process ofaloying of ZrO_2 -Y_2O_3NC material the HRTEM image processing wasapplied which gave a strong support to the methods mentioned. The methodsgave the evidence into a particular process on the atomic level.
