摘要

The feasibility of final continuous mixing of polymer bound additive packages of vulcanization chemicals to a base compound containing fillers is demonstrated for the example of bladder production. Mixing and straining of the butyl compound have been executed in just one production step instead of two for the standard discontinuous production procedure. It is shown, that the consistency of the extruded compound can be evaluated by an ultrasonic process control due to the marker ZnO incorporated in the polymer bound additive package. The variation coefficient CV of the ultrasonic amplitude In A0 is sensitive for varying throughput and screw rotation of the extruder.
