Infrared behavior of the fermion propagator in QED3 is analysed by dispersionmethod with dressed photon spectral function. Propagator has no one-partclestates. Finite threshold effects of fermion pair cause oscillation of the propaga-tor.However this does not affect the order parameter. Screening effect is largefor small N and the N dependence of the order parameter is not significant.
