In 2003, Witten proposed a topological string theory in twistor space that isdual to a weakly coupled gauge theory. This has lead to new developments in computing gauge theory scattering amplitudes. In these proceedings, we review two new methods, the MHV vertices construction and the on-shell recursion relations.
