The up - to - date successful strategic cooperation between Russia and China is based on principles of The Treaty of Good -^sNeighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation Between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China of July 16, 2001. The treaty points out the high level of political and economic, scientific and technical cooperation, and in communicatory and informational techs fields in particular.
