The Analysis and Countermeasure On Platen Superheater Explosion of 300MW Natural Circulation Boiler

摘要

This paper is about the explosive problem that occurs on the separated platen superheater of 300MW boiler in HuaNeng Hegang power plant owing to frequent ultra- temperature. By the experiment and the generalized analysis,the reason of tube explosion was find out, and the practical measure to solve the problem was also given in directed at the situation of the unit.
