TERAHERTZ SENSING AND MEASURING SYSTEMS

Terahertz sensing and measuring systems are evolving rapidly and show great promise for a very wide range of applications. A great deal of work remains to be done, not only in the development of hardware, but in understanding image contrast mechanisms and in developing new signal processing techniques to efficiently exploit the large amount of information contained within a terahertz image.
