As compared with other permanent magnets, Nd-Fe-B magnets have weaker corrosion resistance. Attempts have been made to improve corrosion resistance either by various coatings or certain element substitutions. 1-4 The objective of this work is to investigate the feasibility of improving corrosion resistance of solidified Nd-Fe-B powders and their bonded magnets by optimizing crystallization conditions.
