摘要

Nanocrystalline FeSiBNbCu compositions have been extensively studied [1] for their good soft magnetic properties occurring after a thermal treatment due to the formation of nanoscale crystallites of α-FeSi. A great amount of results obtained on melt-spun ribbons have demonstrated that a flat or square hysteresis loop can be obtained as well as better temperature stability than amorphous alloys. Nanocrystallized wires and microwires [2-3] have also been elaborated but a doubt still remains on the capacity of the latter to show or not a flat hysteresis loop due to ambiguous results on microwires [4].
