Hybrid of Unilateral Frontal Distraction and Supraorbital Reshaping in Correction of Unilateral Coronal Plagiocephaly

摘要

Although distraction technique can be applied to some extent to the craniosynostotic patients, a frontal palgiocephaly has a limited application for the simple distraction. Hybrid of distraction and conventional osteotomy with reshaping is required to this particular situation with effective results. 7 cases are applied to this procedure with almost satisfactory results.
