Steel has been dominating over the engineering materials fields. It has the same damage healing and property recovering as intelligence material. The research of inner crack healing provides an important approach for improving metal property and prolonging its saving life. In the present paper, heat-healing experiment to artificial inner crack samples of low carbon steel with Lanthanum in different content was done. The effects of different heating temperature on the appearance and morphology evolution of inner crack healing in low carbon steel were investigated. The experimental results indicated that artificial inner crack samples of low carbon steel with Lanthanum could occur healing phenomenon and have apparent healing at low temperature. Some defects such as dislocations and voids appear during healing process and their positions change continuously.
