摘要

Formation of nanocompo sites in mixture Al/BN under mechanical treatment, their structure and chemical properties were investigated by the, methods of X-ray diffraction, adsorption, differential thermal analysis, electron microscopy, laser granulometry and elemental analysis. Mechanical treatment of the mixture was carried out in planetary-type mill Fritsch Pulverizette-7 with the doses of applied energy upon 200 kJ/g.
