摘要

(1) This report proposes a set of computational model on the basis of row action method for the purpose of solving deficiency in respect of nonlinear equation. This model is suitable for rapid thickness distribution of hot strip mill based on row-action method. Moreover, this method regards the middle rack export thickness as variables and adopts the highly precise and non-simplified rolling model, which improves calculating speed and makes up shortage of traditional method. In addition, according to the experience, a new method for determining the initial value of the initial value is presented for a further speed of convergence. (2) This algorithm is also simulated by a computational program which is programmed by MFC. The algorithm is proved to some advantages, such as speed and converge, etc, on the basis of the experimental data. (3) We can simulate the field data by adjusting proportionality coefficient. and it will be a footstone in further research of optimum design.
