摘要

The characteristics of One-Ladle-Mode blast furnace/steelmaking interface, which adopts crane and transfer car to transport hot metal from blast furnace to steelmaking plant with the same ladle, have been analyzed using logistics simulation technology. A new program Logistics Simulator which can be used to rapidly model and analyze this interface was written by CISDI. Through the analysis by Logistics Simulator, a lot of strategies can be provided in advance, such as reasonable hot metal ladles transferring strategies below the cast house of blast furnace, economical number of hot metal ladles circulating online, optimizing buffer region of hot metal ladles and appropriate capacity of casting pig equipment. Through this study, production cost reduction and the production good running was achieved when the One-Ladle-Mode blast furnace/steelmaking process was applied to industrial production.
