摘要

The problem of refining accuracy of the molded plastic gears is considered. The main conception of proposed Software consists computer-aided design of more precise gear dimensions using the technique of successive measuring and subsequent corrections of mold die dimensions. The technique permits to compute three components of material shrinkage, namely, tip diameter, base diameter and tooth thickness. To compute the shrinkage components the measurement technique has been developed. The developed Software coincides with universal softwares, as to the means of simulating 3D models of gears, gear pairs, mold dies, electrodes and toothed meshing, as well as visual analyze and computer control of possible deviations, and input of required corrections.
