The training modules which will be described are to be placed in an organisational and technical context which is in full progress within Ensib. The year 2000 saw the establishment of a cell dedicated to New Educational Technologies (NET), at the same time as the start of a distance learning project based on the marketing of information services. The following three years saw the achievement of this experimental project, the launching of further experiments and the clear emergence of a desire to share and transfer resources among the various partners. This paper is to be considered within the context of our pooling of resources. We have chosen to provide two elements of feedback by attempting to rise above the specific aspects in order to determine what is transferable to other domains. One has to do with project management in its initial phase and the other with the marketing of information services in ongoing education, with both courses designed around different space and time contingencies altliough firmly based on pedagogical complements. In both cases we are dealing with courses in managerial techniques based on truel-life work situations. Full details of these two courses are to be found at the end of the article. After describing the different pedagogical modes and their transposition within the NET projects, we shall outline the technical and pedagogical aspects of each of these courses.
